Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms: CASH or PERSONAL CERTIFIABLE CHEQUE with BANK LETTER OF CREDIT. All items must be paid for by the conclusion of the auction. We reserve the right to retain possession of any item until a new customers credit has been cleared or payment made.
- All items are not to be removed from auction site until paid in full BUT must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the auction unless special arrangements have been made.
- Once the item is sold, the buyer assumes full risk and responsiblity for the item. In case of absentee bidding, 'Richmond Auction Service' will assume responsiblity until the item is picked up by the purchaser.
- All items are sold unreserved to the highest bidder.
- Proxy (absentee) bids can be arranged for bidders which are unable to attend. All such bids are subject to absentee bidding conditions. 'Richmond Auction Service' will not be held liable for errors in or failure to make such bids.
- The sale listing is subject to additions or deletions. Not responsible for errors or omissions in printing or year, models, etc.
- Management or owners are not responsible for accidents.
- All sales are final, no exchanges or returns and is sold in "as is" condition.
- GST & PST may applied to individual items sold. We are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes.
